Home Loan Guide

Understanding eligibility, EMI and the documents banks ask for.

Our partner banks finance up to 80% of a property's assessed value, with tenures of up to 25 years and rates starting from 7.75% per annum.

How much you can borrow

Lenders look at your net monthly income, existing loan obligations and credit history. As a rule of thumb, total EMIs across all loans should stay under 40–50% of net income.

How EMI is calculated

EMI is calculated on a reducing balance. A longer tenure lowers the monthly payment but increases total interest paid — use our calculator on the loan page to compare scenarios.

Documents you will need

National ID, TIN certificate, last six months' bank statements, salary certificate or business documents, and the property's title and approved plan.

Timeline

An in-principle approval usually arrives within 24–48 hours of a complete application. Disbursement follows valuation and legal verification, typically two to four weeks.

Costs beyond interest

Budget for processing fees, valuation and legal charges, and any early settlement fee if you plan to repay ahead of schedule.
