Use of the platform

You may browse listings, save favourites and contact agents for genuine property interest. You may not scrape, republish or resell listing data, or use the platform to send unsolicited marketing.

Listing accuracy

We verify listings before publication and remove any listing found to be inaccurate. However, prices, availability and specifications are supplied by owners, agents and developers and may change without notice. Always confirm details directly before committing funds.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Fees

Searching, saving and enquiring is free for buyers and tenants. Fees for listing placement, featured positioning and agency services are agreed separately in writing.

Liability

Property Vista is a marketing platform. We are not a party to any sale, lease or loan agreement and do not accept liability for the performance of any owner, agent, developer or lender.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
