We collect the name, phone number and email address you provide when you register, send an enquiry or apply for home financing, along with basic technical data such as IP address and pages viewed.
How we use it
Your contact details are shared with the specific agent or developer whose listing you enquired about, so that they can respond. We also use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve search results and understand demand.
Marketing
We send property alerts and newsletters only to people who have opted in. Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the agent handling your enquiry, our banking partners when you request a loan assessment, and service providers who host and secure the platform.
Retention and security
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service your request and meet legal obligations. Access is restricted and all traffic is encrypted in transit.
Your rights
